Skincare Routine for a Different Season in Bangladesh

Bangladesh is a combination of a total of six seasons. Peoples need to take care of their skin in different seasons. Especially in summer and winter. The weather is different in our country compared to others. Our weather is basically hot and rainy in summer, and at the end of the year, we face dry winter seasons. So if you are not concerned about your skincare then you will have to face too many problems in the future.



Summer skincare routine

Now we will discuss how you take care of your skin in different weather. In the summer season, the temperature averages nearly 33 to 36 degrees Celsius. Which is very bad for your skin. In the middle of the summer, when you go outside of your house you literally feel like your skin is burning. Because of the heavy sun and UV rays. Which is not good for the skin. Direct sunray causes problems like- pigmentation, tanning, oiliness, and many hundreds of other problems.

Follow those few tips mentioned below for your summer skincare

1. Always try to use a good vitamin C serum. Vitamin C is important for your skin during the

summer season. It helps to prevent dark spots. Also, it helps to prevent the aging of the

skin and helps your skin be smoother.

2. Always in summer try to drink more water. It will keep you hydrated, which is good for

your skin.

3. Use hydrogel masks. In the summer try to use hydrogel masks, because they contain

the right amount of moisture and nutrients for your skin. It helps to calm your skin and

reduce irritation.

4. Use good quality sunscreen cream. Do not buy cheap quality sunscreen cream, because

those are not good for the skin. That cheap cream contains lots of low-quality elements,

which are harmful to your skin. Always wear sunscreen when you go out.

5. Always keep a cleanser in your bag. Because when you are going out on a sunny day,

your skin becomes oily and sweaty. Then you have to use an oil-based cleanser, which

will make your skin clean and remove excess oil from the skin.

6. In our daily routine, a moisturizer is the heaviest product. When the weather is hot you

should use a good quality moisturizer to keep your skin fresh.


Winter skincare routine

In Bangladesh, the winter seasons don't stay long. In this season the air is too dry. When you

are going out when the temperature is too cold and dry, it will cause too many skincare issues.

Because of dry air and cold weather, the moisture stuck into our skin. Which causes problems

like skin sensitivity, irritation, and many other skin problems. So, you just need to change your

skincare routine in the winter season.


1. Use moisture after cleaning yourself or after showering. Also when you are inside the

home apply moisture to your skin, to keep your skin soft and help you from getting dry

skin.

2. Because of dry weather, dead skin cells continuously get accumulated. So you need

to keep your skin hydrated. Try to use a cream or oil-based cleanser. It is beneficial for

your skin.

3. Use a face mask or cream before going to sleep at night, which is keep your skin

healthy. You can find many types of skincare products on the market. It will totally

depend on your skin condition.

4. Always try to use SPF cream. It doesn't matter the season. SPF always keeps your skin

safe from radiation. Try to use it in any season.

5. It's also important to follow and eat proper food. In your food always try to keep green

vegetables. It will help you to reduce flakiness. In winter vitamin C is very important, try

to eat fruits and vegetables that contain vitamin C. It will help you to glow your skin.

6. And always keep hydrated. Drink more and more water.
